BRAINDEAD "NO CONSEQUENCES" CD/LP... This is our first venture into a full length and we couldn't be happier. Braindead have written an amazing debut LP. "No Consequences" showcases 10 tracks of fast melodic hardcore that shows the band has progressed and matured naturally from their demo released two years ago. NC will be out Mid June and the band will set out for a full US and Canadian tour with Bridge Nine's Ruiner.

Alright so we've been keeping quiet about this release for far too long... THE COUNTING THE DAYS / HOLLYWOOD SPLIT 7" is not available for preorder. It will be in in about two weeks. The covers are printed... the tests sound great so go to the webstore and pick a copy up. We've got some sweet limited orange vinyl for the preorders. I was trying to include a digital download with the purchase or the 7" but it looks like it's not working right now... perhaps I'll do some kind of sendspace thing or something to the people who preorder. We've also got about three other projects possibly in the works... we'll keep you posted.

Hey... been a while since an update. Well all the Hostages and Ruiner / Day Of The Dead Split orders have been shipped... they've made their way into some distros as well so check that shit out! We're stoked to announce our now 7th release!!!
BRAINBIRDS!!! This split showcases two of the best new bands in hardcore. Philly’s BRAINDEAD plays melodic hardcore with fast and heavy parts sure to please everyone. Putting a modern twist on a more classic hardcore sound they offer up three brand new songs and a sick cover of Iggy and the Stooges “Search and Destroy”. Michigan’s BLACKBIRDS offer up two new fast and pissed off tracks of fast crusty hardcore that shows perfect growth and progression from their self-titled debut on Specimen 32 Records. They also throw in a kick ass cover of Iggy and the Stooges “Now I Wanna Be Your Dog”. This record is for fans of Outbreak, American Nightmare, and Iggy Pop and The Stooges.
This should be out in early August… Preorders will go up in a few weeks.

We've got two new releases getting ready to come out back to back... That's how we do it at BBhQ.
First up...
RUINER / DAY OF THE DEAD SPLIT 7" REPRESS
First available through Vendetta Records in Germany this record has since sold out... We have decided to do a limited second press here stateside to help the record be available more here in the US. This second pressing is also on two colors, 200 on pink, and 400 on trash (a mish mash grey left over mix of all the other colors) vinyl. Test presses are in the mail, record should be here in a couple of weeks. Preorders are now up.

We are fucking stoked to be releasing the debut 7" from Philadelphia, PA's HOSTAGES! "Legend in my head, failure to the world" offers up five huge and heavy tracks of modern hardcore that takes the band leaps and bounds from their demo. Hostages are fucking fed up and let you know it. For fans of American Nightmare and The Hope Conspiracy.

We got the Quills test presses this week and they sound FUCKING BRUTAL! Everything has been approved and we should have the records in 3 weeks. We're now taking preorders for limited press of 50 clear vinyl with special transparency covers. We're also expecting all the Pressure artwork and masters very soon.

PRESSURE... Our third release will be PRESSURE. Straight from the City of Angels, PRESSURE tosses a 90s hardcore sound with killer rock and roll guitars riffs and a little bit of crust. This debut record is sure to please. For fans of Unbroken and Hope Conspiracy.
QUILLS... Our fourth release is going to be from the new Baltimore based band QUILLS. QUILLS features ex and current members of RUINER, SWARM OF THE LOTUS, and MISERY INDEX. QUILLS debut record offers up eight punishing, fast grindcore tracks in six and a half minutes! A record to please fans of From Ashes Rise and His Hero Is Gone.

So there’s this rumor going around that the covers for The Spark / Deathcycle Split 7” are FINALLY going to be done the middle/end of this week. So I’m gonna still take pre-orders until Friday! Pre-orders are guaranteed limited vinyl so check it out. Hopefully everything will ship out the beginning of next week.
